when was the last time you tested your pull start? me too. i decided to turn the kodiak on and give the rope a yank. ended up with 4 feet of dangling rope. pulled the cover off and water and silt flowed out. after flushing out and regreasing the little cam,the rope wound back into the case. put silicone around the cover and put grease where the handle mates to the cover. hopefully this won't happen again.
