A freind has a blaster that he just bought, that needs some work. We're looking for the stock jet sizes and the position of the clip, and the what size jet are people running, with a pipe and filter. I havent heard it run yet but he says its spitting and sputtering, and doent idel right. Any help would be great

 

88-89 Blaster 220 Main Jet, 90-Present 230 main jet. On all Blasters The clip position is 2 for stock Blasters. This is according to my Clymers manual, I've heard of them being different depending on the region you bought it in. Here is a link to a page about jetting modified Blasters

I'm running a Okyo Carb it's jetting is similiar to a Keihin carb, which is different than the stock Mikuni carb so I don't know what jets would help you if your running a pipe
