what rpm does the 02 660 raptor redline at? or what does the rev limiter hit?

The factory says 9200 rpm but I've never seen a Raptor motor with a stock CDI that can pull over 8600 rpm, even one that's built to the hilt. If you want the motor to rev, you'll need a programmable dyna ignition.
