Yes it is cut the wires off and tape them together and your ready to go

Yes that is the TORS throttle wire. You shouldnt have to cut it though. If you follow the wire there should be a quick disconnect type clip that you can undo. Same with the top of the carbs. Makes it look better and its more professional, not necessary though.

Something else just hit me. Sounds like you might have an air leak. Try doing a carb spray test around the carb and head. If you dont know how ill explain it.

Default Need help on my blaster

yes an air leak is possible i am waiting for it to become warmer before i start fixing it... so where all do i have to cut/disconnect the wire?
