Are all your connections tight with a good battery?

The relay is the last thing i would suspect...its just an electromagnet, with some contacts, and they rarely go bad.
Like was said, hows the connections at the battery? clean and tight? If they look good, remove the battery and take it to an auto parts store like napa, and they will do a free load test. Most likely the battery is failing under load, and a load test will determine if the battery is good or bad.
