Yeah It's gotta be a Four Stroke Tech Warrior but the links won't work. Is there anywhere else I can go to see it?

That thing is BA, link worked fine for me. Dangerous with the cylinder walls being 0.2 inches thick. I wouldnt get on it.

The FST 500 kits used the cylinder from a kodiak 400, then bored and re-sleeved that, so the cylinder walls aren't any thinner than the 446 kits are really. The 446 kits only make about 4-6 hp less than the 500, and cost a heck of a lot less to build, so that's why the 500's aren't for sale anymore. I'd ride it!

I had mine bored to 366cc and thats about as far as you can go with a stock sleeve. I just got my FST 446 kit in and the new sleeve is plenty thick. A guy I know has a Warrior with the 500cc conversion he wants to sell for $1500. I went and looked at it but it leaks oil out of every gasket on the thing. I guess it has too much compression for the engine design. Hey SpeedDemon, how do you like your 446 kit?

The 446 brings the mail brother. You wont be disappointed. Ive taken Raptors and Predators out in 300ft. Dont go short though, build the whole thing. Get the head and valvetrain work done too. It revs so much faster than stock.

I would like to get my hands on a 500 crank and cylinder. I would widen the Wolverine and set it up on 25" low profile tires. The only thing bad was that you cant change gearing on the Wolverine without doing it internally which I have already done and its still not as dramatic of a change as going up 2 teeth in the front on a warrior.

If I were you I would go up 2 teeth in the front and see what that does and go from there. You have 6 gears so its not going to hurt 1st as bad. Let the torque accelerate you, it will pull a higher gear and actually accelerate faster than with a lower gear ratio.

I just got the link to work. HAHAHA notice it said what I told you about gearing it up using the torque. I'm speaking from experience. Its not going to have the hit of the yfz but it has more usable power in my opinion. You will like it.
