I am running a Grizzly 660 with custom air snorkle and cone filter, straight pipes, and propane injection. It is also completly stainless steel, I am wanting to know if going to 30" Mudlites is a good idea or not. I ride Mud, creeks, and fields, and often pull trailers, will the 30"s be too large and will my bike bog down in the mud and on hills.

 

Do you have any Pics? Never seen one modded, so if you have a few Pics I'd be interested in having a look. Especially at the all stainless.

 

30" Tires... Seems a bit too much stress on the drive-train components..

It isn't like a Fullsize 4x4 where you can change your ring and pinions out to compensate for the larger tire.... When my stock tires go.. I am only going up 1 size to 26's. I am however going to go with 26x10x12 in the front and 26x12x12 in the back...

 

I wish there was a gearing kit for these larger bikes. unfortunatly the only thing available is a high torque clutch.

 

Even if you go with 29.5's... I'd swap out all of the axles with gorrila axles...

I'm running 27" 589's, and I don't think I'd ever go larger without swapping out the axles
