Got a new clutch cover for my '99 warrior the other day. I need to know how far the pushrod is supposed to come out of the sleeve when the clutch lever is pulled all the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

It shouldn't matter, that gets adjusted after the cover is installed on the machine. Once the cover is installed, turn the clutch shaft counter-clockwise until the peg makes contact with the clutch inside. Then install the clutch arm onto the splines lined up between the marks that are cast into the cover.
