Generally the stator and coil go out way before the cdi.

well the qaud was running with the bad soloniod, i went to the dealer got a new one and now i got no spark?

i used jumper cables from a other qaud to jump it due to battery had low voltage and wasnt cranking fast enough?

and now i got no power from the start button to the relay not one thing happens. the fuse is good all connections are good ?

Sparky i thank you, but i need to know how do you check the coil for being bad, i check to see if there was any power going to the coil on the wire but there is nuthing neutral light is on head lights work, just no spark and no nothing making the soloniod work?

Tips on checking coil, stator, cdi thanks alot??!!

for your coil you can do a ohm check you can find the way to test that and the stator and cdi in the manual you could also try to contact rickystator.com he will be able to help you test it and is a cheap place to buy one from
