I just wanna inform everyone that when you install the key it will make your bike run rich. I fouled a plug from this. Keep this in mind when/if you get an full exhaust 'cause you might not have to jet as high. I called Big Gun and he told me that I might not have to rejet at all with the full exhaust and my altitude. Keep this in mind if you wanna save a few bucks for different jets.(Don't wanna run too lean). I am going to install the headers and let everybody know what's up with the condition of the plug.

Did your Raptor start fouling plugs after you installed the key on the stock motor? Or did you start fouling plugs when you re-jetted/or added the exhaust?

Actually, the fouling happened right before I took the stock silencer off and changed the the Big gun. I was like, Oh boy what did I do. So it actually was happening with the stock exhaust....

So, you are saying on your stock Raptor, with the sparks key installed ONLY (no jetting), you are fouling plugs. This is very odd. Eric, was'nt that you that has the stuck rev-limiter the other day? That could foul a plug. Have you fouled more than one plug?

That stuck r.limiter could of been the problem. It also could of been other things. I took the carbs. off, along with cleaning the Air filter and P. Brake area. so I really couldn't tell you if that was stuck. It also couldv'e been the plug starting to foul. The machine was stock except for the ign. key. Maybe the 7 degree advance is too much? I only fouled one plug, although it was heavily sutted.

I would think that, the stuck condition or possibly a dirty air filter may have caused it, but possibly the key if you are lugging around much. Also you mentioned altitude, which alone could be the problem.
