Question on New Grizzly and Wolverine
Hi, new to the forums, and just bought am '07 Grizzly 350 IRS and an '07 Wolverine 450. We love the both of them, so far only add ons are a 2500# winch for the Grizzly.
1st question, on the Grizzly it seems that the alignment is off, driving it is ok, but to look at it it seems that the wheels are towed out badly. Is this normal? Or should I take it back and get it fixed?
2nd question, on the Wolverine, there seems to be alot of valve train noise compared to the Grizzly, again, dont know if this normal or if I should take it back......
Both machines are less than a month old and have just over 100 miles each....
Any help or advice would be great.....

Question on New Grizzly and Wolverine
Also if the toe is out (and not the camber) make sure they adjust it at their cost. I have found many of these places slap the ATV's together without checking the toe. I've seen them as much as 1+" out from the salesfloor. As much as we pay they should get it right!

Question on New Grizzly and Wolverine
Well, finally got a chance to get to the dealer. They tell me neither one is warrenty work, and its going to cost $135 each for the service. Both machines only have about 110 miles on them, not even close to 200 hrs. The dealer says the service includes the post break in service. Am I getting scammed? I am debating driving about 50 miles to go to another dealer, but need some input first.......

If the service is the atv's first scheduled maintence service, then no, I don't think you are getting ripped off. Just make sure they are changing your oil and filter, adjusting your valves, adjusting idle, breaks, greasing, changing diff fluids etc etc. $130-160 was the average price for a service done at a dealer from a previous thread on these forums. I got hosed on my first service and paid $225, needless to say I'll never go to that place again. They have since been under new ownership but I will take my business elsewhere.
Good luck with your machines. I have the 06 bruin same as 07 grizz350 but you have IRS. I bet that helps out alot on the rocky terrain. After my first service (probaby because of the valves being adjusted?) I thought my quad had alot more throttle response. Seemed to run a little better. Only complaint other then the price was that they put WAYYYYY to much air in my tires, but that is nothing.
Give them a call, ask what EXACTLY they are going to do for the $135. If its what I listed above then its average.

Question on New Grizzly and Wolverine
Well, picked up the machines today. Not happy at all with the service I received. First off the $135 per machine is a joke, it didnt include anything, that was just their labor cost. The total for both machines was $366.56. They didnt even clean them up afterwards, so I have oily finger marks all over them..... The worst part is they didnt find anything wrong with the valves or the alignment. so basicaly I paid almost $400 for two oil changes....... Needless to say, I will never take my business back to them, and I'll warn others not to as well........
