Just trying to find some new areas to ride near the piedmont triad area, seems all of our trails are being gated off.

 

im moving back to NC it 3 weeks. i live in catawba county so their isnt to many places to ride, but outside of hickory is a place called brown moutain, it should be on the net. its got some killer trails, and if you like speed then there are plenty of places to open your beast up. Where is Trinity? You can come ride with us if its not too far away. Also Busco Beach in Goldsboro is supposed to be a nice ride area.

 

High Point. Its about 2hours to Henderson and about 2.5 hours to Goldsboro.

 

I live in Mayodan and work in Greensboro. There really isn't anywhere in NC that real good. You have Busco, Brown Mtn, and Uwharrie. We go to Hilltop in WV to ride. It's about 3.5 hours from Greensboro and there are endless trails. The places I mentioned in NC are okay if you are just looking for somewhere to go and ride a half day and then go home. If you want to ride all weekend then you'll have to go to WV unless you like riding the same trials over and over.
