Default banshee stroker cranks

Which one will have a better performance, a +4mm stroker crank or a +4mm stroker with +5mm longrods?

I think the 5mm will give you more compession but im not sure. With detailed questions like this about banshees you will be better of asking at www.bansheehq.com. Just my opinion, someone might be able to help you here.

They perform equal in producing power. No, the long rods won't add compression. The only purpose of the long rods is to decrease the angle it has to travel, allowing it to turn high RPMs more reliably
