I was wondering if anybody knows if yamaha or aftermarket companies have created a bollt on over-fender or like a fender flare for a 2001 warrior. have big 12 inch wide bearclaws on the back if mine and within like 15 minutes of a ride im alredy completely covered in mud, water ir whatever else those tires sling up on to me. if anyone knows of such a product please let me no where i can find them. thanx

I've seen fender extenders before, trust me, you don't want them. They make your fenders sag and eventually crack, they look terrible, and you'll still get muddy. No offense man, but you're in the wrong sport if you're worried about getting muddy.

Where did u see the extenders id like to see them. Its not that i dont like getting dirty cuz if that was the case i would ve sold my quad a long time ago. in fact i love the mud about 40% of my time on that quad im mud boggin. i love it. but it would be nice to have better fenders because less then half my tire is covered and the kind of riding i do and the places i go there is never a shotage of water and mud.

I never actually saw them for sale that I can remember, but i've seen them on machines around here quite a few times. There was a warrior sitting at the local shop with them on, and the fenders were sagging pretty bad just from the extra weight. I can only imagine how bad it is when everything gets weighted down with mud.

I'm kind of thinking that maybe these were something that went out of production a while ago, because i'm constantly looking through catalogs in my spare time (my job can get pretty boring). I don't remember seeing any new ones for sale, and i've pretty much looked at every page of the rockymountain and denniskirk catalogs front to back.
