OK lets start from the intake, rip that good for nothing air box off and buy a K&N clamp on filter w/ outerwear to increase air flow.
Now you've incresed your air flow it's time to increase your carb. size go with CT Racings PE38mm/ Warrior carb kit to replace that lawnmower size stockie carb. (make sure when you buy the clamp on airfilter to measure the circumference of the carbs intake so you dont buy a filter with a clamp to big or to small).
Finally you need move this exhaust out as fast as possible to gain peak horsepower, go with the DMC dual exhaust system, this pipe and silencer combination delivers you the most usable horsepower while picking up power from the very bottom all the way to the top end.

If you want to build a woods Warrior, I would drop the front sprocket about two teeth, get a Webb cam, K&N stage 2 jet and filter kit, cut the airbox lid in half, and run an FMF header or Super trap. For a woods bike, you need something quick instead of fast, and all the power down low. A PE 38 would help a lot also.
