Please help asap with banshee fluid info

Default Please help asap with banshee fluid info

hello everyone. On the 2005 350 banshee i drained the cooling system by taking off the impella housing cover can i please ask when refilling the cooling system do i have to bleed the air out and if so how do i do it .

Also the gearbox oil where is the drain plug and how much does it take to refill

Default Please help asap with banshee fluid info

You shouldn't have to bleed out any air from the cooling system. You can fill it, start it for minute. Air bubbles will rise. Let it cool & check your fluid level again. Add more if needed. If I remember correctly I think I used a quart & a half. Check your dipstick & don't go overboard on it.

He hit the nail on the head. The manual calls for 1.6qts but 1.5 is fine.
