Default Carb experts,please help..

I have a 03 Wolverine, that don't seem to getting gas..The gas intake seems to be clogged soon after the fuel enters the carb..I dont know anything about carbs so if you can tell me where to start trouble-shooting I will be a happy man..No air will pass through either..If I give it a shot of starter fluid in the intake it will fire up for a sec,but then shut down..Any info will be great thanks..

Btw ..gas is flowing from the tank to to carb..

There should be 4 screws on the bottom that take off the float bowl. The top of the carb should screw right off with the needle and valve still attached to the throttle cable. Take those 2 things out of it, then inspect it for blockages. Even if you dont see anything use a whole can of carb cleaner spraying out the bowl the carb the jets and the slide.
