Ok, so I know what needs to be done to actually adjust the chain, I just don't know what the specs are.

How much deflection should there be?
I assume the deflection is measured with one half tight and the other half slack, such as putting it in gear and rolling forward until there's tension?

My chain seems to be a bit loose, but I'd like to know the specs and adjust it if necessary.
