Blaster Mods.....
Ok i am gonna get a new reed cage (v-force) and reed spacer, vito's 240 kit on my blaster and already have the toomey b1 pipe kit and i no i should get a way bigger carb but insted of doing that how big of a jet do i need. Because the toomey kit came with one, the vitos comes with one and im gonna have all that so i figured im gonna need a bigger jet than any of those so can you please tell me what size the jet has to be..

if you want to be fast...
send the vitos cylinder out to a proffesional 2 stroke engine porter. the post timing and duration on vitos cylinder is "eh". not good, at all really. youll get some increase, but dont expect anything extravegant.
youll probably be in the area of a 320-330 main at least. my ported 200cc cylinder ran a 320 main jet with the needle in the last notch...so i HAd to get a bigger carb.
things to be faster? do you want to get to your top speed faster? or have a faster top speed overall?
gears gears gears...
you could also:
timing mod to the stator plate...free 4 degree timing advance
aftermarket airbox and intake tube...factory pieces are extremely restrictive for worked engines
a better pipe...toomeys are good for stock cylindered engins...with a big bore, youll need a powerpro's, lrd, sheerer pipe...one of the 3. they are designed for built engines.
remove the airbox lid entirely
youre biggest drawback is going to be your carb. the stock 26mm carb is too small for a bone stock blaster, let alone a big bored blaster. youll need at least a 32-34mm carb for that set-up.

try this site here, talk to ToTech, he's my engine builder for my site. he dedicates most of his work towards blaster engines. you are actually better off having your stack cylinder ported than buying the vitos big bore. this guy builds blasters that run with piped banshees...on a stock 200cc cylinder.
