If it works out that way I'll be really happy. Also on the way home I had a thought about the stalling issue. If it goes away after a few hours that'd be great but if not I might try this...

You're probably familiar with the little FI programming trick for increasing power by telling the system to send more fuel to the engine. Well the stock setting is something like 60, with a max of somewhere around 200-250. The problem with setting it too high is that it causes the engine to be unstable and stall out sometimes. So, if it's stalling out at 60, would turning it down below that help?

my grizzly is set on zero I tried going more rich, higher number,it ran really rich above 30.I have read a lot of posts about this and the numbers are all different best way to set the mixture would be with a air fuel ratio meter, next best thing is look at the spark plug if it is black it is too rich.I think your grizzly will be fine after 20 hours, mine runs a lot better about 30 hours on it now.

Well then I'll just continue with my plan of getting through the break-in period and see what happens. If it all clears up that's great, and if not I'll take it in and have them take a look. Sounds a little better now though knowing this stuff isn't totally unheard of.
