Default Open air box

has any one had a problem with installing an open air box (pro design) filter in a raptor 660, and having to jet the carbs?.. i put the new filter in took off the lid and the bike bogs out on top end like 3/4 of the throttle open. i had a banshee and installed the same mod but never had to jett ?

If you let more air in you must rejett, or risk running lean and burning it up. You atleast need to bump up your main jet a few sizes.

Oh yhea if you are going to put a pipe on the raptor then I would do it before you rejet that way it will cut down on the amount of times that you will need to rejet the carb.

I would look into the Dynojet kit due to it coming with instructions and a larger selection of jets to tune with.

I just installed one and I put in 160 and 165 mains from the stock 140 and 145 mains. It runs perfect.
