Thats all fine an well, I have friends that own "fast machines" too, But in all reality this is a FOUR STROKE THREAD, (please read the head line) Why don't you see me on some trails? My raptor with my brother in law who is 340lbs against you and your Raptor (it evens things up a bit) you can bring your friends 250r, if you wanna wrap it around a few trees, Oh and fear don't live here brother, so be careful, cause you never know the skill level of another rider (talking smack on the internet leaves your manhood questionable), and not to offend, but I ain't never seen an official 300lb+ drag racer before, only on that 660 thats in all your pics. And I'm not a "four stroke guy" FYI. I like ORV'S, I just happen to own a 07' raptor 700 lightly modded that I bought with my lunch money, that will pee on a yfz and the 450r or the kfx for that matter with the exact same mods, thats why I'm here, hence the RAPTOR vs. 450rtitle.
I know the bikes are close, I almost bought the yfz I like the honda, and I really like the kawi, but I decided the rappy was more built for what I would use it for. TRAILS. But its really all about the rider.
Oh and I'm in Northern New Jersey if your interested in racing your 660 against my brother in law on my 700. Or better yet I will race you on your friends 250r, only in the trails though, that makes sense, since thats how you challenged me. You 2 stroke guy!! lol all the these quote's hurt my eyes....
660 raptors ARE horrible and are not even in the running with a 700.... 660's are very top heavy centered weight and skinny. the 700 have more centered to front weight keeps front down, like 3inchs wider STOCK, 1-2 inchs shorter..only thing a 660 has over a 700 is mods but 700r's mods are comming out
my 700 with +4 rear width and +2 front it handles like a champ and a 700r raptor is a trail bike and rider wieght kills any bike im 200lbs and my bro is 150 he is aboiut 2-3 links faster then me..

Well, I dont have a 450r or a 700 raptor, but Ive ridden them both extensively. Both nice bikes. Im thinking the 700 would probably take the 450. 700 was my second choice in this years new bike. Went with the outlaw 525, stock 450s cant touch it, 700's give me a decent run for my money. 700 is a nicely put together bike. I like the EFI. Like I said it was my second choice. 660 raptors are a joke compared to the 700.
