Default Raptor 700 Unpluging the Speed Sensor for more Speed

Been trying to locate the speed sensor on the raptor 700 to unplug it. Can someone show/tell me where it's located and what it looks like. The book indicates it's on the left side near the back of the transmission. I've heard that when you unplug it, it helps the top end speed and performance. Hope you can help.

Ride fast and take changes!

wtf i got clocked by a cop i was doing 84 "he said" OOPS. i was in 5th on a gravel road by a park. cop told me to walk it home or get a ride

no real reason to remove it i have a yamaha service manual book for yfm700rv speed sensor is a blue, white, black/blue wires these wires also connect to (lean angle sensor, throttle sensor, intake air pressure sensor, coolant temp sensor, o and the big one the crackshaft position sensor )connecting to the ecu, and its not a govener its more like a rev limiter you take it off youll prolly blow your motor. best to let a professional do it or leave it alone
