killakevbeastmode,
If a few hits with the rubber mallet don't seem to be helping you may want to take the tire off the wheel and try it again. With the tire on the wheel it may not straighten out too much. T-9 wheels are essentially the same as Douglas .19 red label wheels, and they are still pretty easy to bend. Don't even think about the Douglas .125 blue label wheels; those cheapo's will bend just mounting the tire on the wheel with the tire machine.

This doesn't help for sport quads, but for you wolverine guys with 12" wheels it might. ITP is pretty proud of their new SS 112 aluminum wheels. They claim they are the lightest alloy wheels available in a 12" size, yet they have a lifetime warranty against damage. If you ever bend or break one ITP will replace it for free. I just got a set for our Rhino, and considering how snazy they are I was surprised at how cheap they are. My cost was something like $50 each, but even full retail is only in the $70s.
