i think it would be a close race</end quote></div>
Stock for stock it is a close race with everything else being equal. The Warrior will still win, but not by much. But, you can make the Blaster a lot faster for a lot less money than with the Warrior!

as far as discounts for 2 strokes,, i dont know. but you go to the yamaha shop here, there is about 20 4 strokes on the floor and 1 or 2: 2 strokes. but there are dozens of them in the papers too. most people who ride on public land (goverment) ride 4 strokes due to the laws emmisons. if i lived in another state, i would have bought a 2 stroke.</end quote></div>
That only applies to new models. The older 2 strokes can get green stickers no problem, and can be ridden yeard round in California.

sincethe raptor 250 replaced the blaster......... how do you think the raptor 250 will compare to the raptor 350??
Im guessing the 350 will bve a little faster, but even with a pipe and filter, the 250 will be cheaper and probly have more pwoer then, and its lighter so it should be able to smoke it on the track.

not really- a blaster is meant for kids kind of (even though it is over 90cc and has manual clutch and tranny) , a banshee is made for experienced riders- both the raptor 350 and raptor 250 are not meant to be really agressive like the banshee
and you have to consider the HUGE weight difference- the 350 is 375lbs, the 250 is only 313lbs
You dont think that the $1100 difference, when put into mods, would completely destroy a raptor 350? that much money would get you a pipe, filter, jet kit, high compression piston, and maybe a cam (i dont know, after the gytr pipes and filters, there was only $453 dollars left)

crazy, you have a point but with the same amount of money you put into the raptor 350 you could have one hell of a blaster, blasters have the cheaper mods and don't have much to them (as all 2 strokes) compared to the raptor 350 which has a lot more to it (all 4 strokes)
