Default Brakes......grease

My manual says I need lithium soap based grease...can I buy something similiar at autozone or do I have to go to a dealer. Any brand or name you guys know of ?

(For lubricating the seal, camshaft (?) and pivot points for a drum brake.)

I'm also thinking about putting some silicone caulking all around the drum cover to make sure nothing gets in there...and when I want to get back into the brakes I can easily peel it off. bad idea?

Should be able to find it at any auto parts supply store. Grease is of three types...lithium or petrolium, or silicone(synthetic).
Dont caulk it up, itll just cause rust, because the drum wont be able to dry out once water gets in there.
