Rob,
As far as Realtors being good in the sand, I couldn't tell you. But I ride in alot of abandon coal mines where coal slag and coal dust make up the terrain. These tires work excellent, especially in the hill climbs. I climb hills that are soft enough that your boots sink to your ankles when standing still, I'm guessing it can't be too different from sand. The earlier posts are right about needing power for Realtors, nothing a Banshee can't handle. If you decide to get Realtors be sure to post what your impression is, someday me and my buddies want to go to the Silver Lake dunes. (About 9 hours from PA)

Thanks,
Lars

I just got them yesterday. They are real good in the snow here in Michigan. How are they on the trail and other dry environments???

I HAVE REALITORS AND LOVE THEM!!! They are a great tire. While I admit, I cannot hold fifth gear in snow and or in a muddy field. But they hook up great. I can ride wheelies on ice. I would reccomend them to anyone. About the vibration, They do tend to "hum" when your going about 35mph or faster on either a street, or hard packed dirt. I think it sounds good though.
