if i change the tailpipe tip from 1" to 2" will i do damage to the motor

 

The tip is not what needs moded. Take the spark arrestor out and pound a bigger hole in the baffle inside the pipe. Now put the spark arrestor back in. get rid of the air box lid, and rejet. Cheapest 5-8 hp you can get out of a raptor
