My brother just got a banshee and the carbs are draining out gas as fast as they get it! I tapped on the bowls and it still did it so the floats weren't stuck. I took off the bowls and the needle and seats looked fine, but I am going to order new needle and seats since they have the rubber tips on the needles. The floats were set right. When I was in there I noticed that it had 200 main jets! I believe that is the factory size, shouldn't it have about 240's with fmf fattys, airbox snorkel removed, pro design filter kit? The plugs looked like it's even running rich???

You are exactly right, if you ride at 6000+ feet like I do. I have just about the same setup as your brother and run the 240 mains at 6000 feet, 320's at sea level.

I would try 260 first that should be real close depending on how cold it is

When I had my FMF Fattys on my 98 Banshee, it was completely stock with the exception of the aif filter. I had a Pro-Flow foam filter set-up.

With this in mind, I ran 290's at sea level in Mexico. I tried every other size and found these ran the best.

Good luck!

Mine have the same problem. We went through them and fix them a little. And it still leaks slightly. I shut my gas off everytime I shut the quad off.

Im having them worked on right now to get that DAMN electric off of them. They should work good.
