Does any one know if there is a way to paint plastic and not have it crack? I tired the plastic spray paint and it sucks I even clear coated it 4 times and it still chipped easy. Any suggestions?

I haven't used it but this is supposed to be chip free in 7 days. They show those plastic chairs in the ad, those flex pretty good.
