Nerf Bars and Bumpers...Is there a difference?
#1
I just bought a stock 2003 Raptor 660 and need to add some nerf bars and a larger front bumper. The cost on these items can vary as much as $100 or more between brands. Is there any one that is better? What should I look for? Thanks!

I go through about a half dozen front bumpers per season and have used nearly brand out there, but the Pro Armors seem to do the job they were intended for better than most others. You want a strong bumper, but one that has a reasonable "crush zone",...and not be wadded up after a mild hit.
You want the bumper to give so that it takes most of the impact, not the frame,..or YOU.
Some bumpers can be brought back to shape after a hit and some cannot not. This is also important. Also just as important is the strength of the bumper AFTER it has has already been hit.
All things to consider when slapping down that $.
