Blaster problem
Do you know if it ran when it was parked? Are you getting a nice blue spark? Have you tried a new plug? after all that do a compression test. If you don't have a compression gauge you can take the spark plug out and cover the hole with your thumb or finger and have someone kick it over. If the engine can blow your thumb off the hole it means it has at least some compression.

Blaster problem
I know the problem it may not sound like it but it is.....The piston and the cylinder....the same thing happened to me about a month ago....if you do get it started does it die out on u?....also you might want to check the idle screw under your seat above the carberator..that will also make a big difference.
