If you get a k&n air filter and a pipe, could you go up to a 38 mm carberator and see a performance increase all around. What is the stock mm carberator thats on a 2001 wolverine 350 4x4

Stock on an '01 is a MIKUNI BST34/1.....being a 34mm.
I think you would run into problems going to a 38mm.
If memory serves me correct a Warrior has a 35 or 36 mm carb.
I believe that would be the route to take.

Is the BST a CV carburator? You could go that big of a carb but you'll feel a loss in the low end and gain it back on the top, also response would suffer. I would recomend like a warrior edelbrock carb as it's a little smaller then most aftermarket carbs but will give you great response and torque. Basically going bigger would mean slower throttle response but more top end hp. Smaller the carb more torque and low end power with great response.

Mickey Dunlap ran the 435/446/500 Wolv motors on the stock carb, so it should be enough for a stock displacement.

I did run a Warrior carb on my 366 Wolv, I doubt that it increased HP.
