Help raptor auto-decompressor gets chewed in timing chain??

Default Help raptor auto-decompressor gets chewed in timing chain??

i have just installed a new hot cam stage 2 and the auto-decompressor bolt keeps getting cought in the timing chain, the comp ratio is 13:1. i just ripped out the complete auto-decomp and like i knew its so hard to start, can any body help me with starting or help fixing the auto-decomp ( o and i did use red loctite on the bolts)
