they sell a kit with one tap and the correct drill bit, that way you dont need to buy the drill bit seperate. you might as well buy the whole tap set because you might need another size tap one day.

Most auto parts stores should be able to help. I've had better luck at NAPA than Advance or Auto Zone though. I'd just buy the single tap/bit .
