Default fuel in oil

you are either extremely rich, your spark is really weak, or your rings are shot

If u dont have good spark the gas you dont burn is getting in your oil. Or if it running to rich you will not burn all the fuel, if that the case use smaller jet or put a pipe on it and use recommended jet for that pipe. Or your piston rings are bad if that the case it will smoke to.

it may well be the rings, but also remember that even with your fuel valve off, ther's still fuel in the line after the valve and in the carb yet. your float could be bad and the carb could be overflowing a bit and running into your intake, sure it wont be a lot since the fuel valve is off, but still there's some and after a couple times it will add up. i would try changing the oil, go out and ride a while, then come back, shut the fuel valve off and also drain the carb. do this every time you get done riding it. if you still have fuel in your oil, then you probably have rings that are going bad, but if you fuel in oil problem stops, then you're in for a carb rebuild and a float/float valve replacement along with verifying the float level is correct.

it will leak out of the bottom of the carb before it leaks into the cylinder
