I have a '01 Grizz we've had a lot of trouble with. Tried searching the forums but couldn't find much.

It's been in and out of the shop and the carb keeps getting clogged. After the second or third time they placed an in-line fuel filter and that seemed to be working, but it was having trouble again, they cleaned the carb and it was dirty.

So the question is, what else could cause it to clog?

dirty gas.. that's really about it, or dirt getting into the fuel after it is in the tank

 

I know the gas I've been using is clean, but perhaps there is some sediment in the bottom of the tank.

What's the best way to clean the tank out? Should I drain it and remove the whole thing to flush it?
