Im looking at two difrent brands of shocks they are elka elite series shocks and Works Pro G Series shocks.
Which of these shocks would be the best for my application???
I ride in the sand dune and trail and i like to get big air.I also like to drag race.
I have a set of long travel arms for the front. and a long travel swingarm.

you do very different types of riding. if you want the best for everything you do, you need two sets of shocks valved and sprung for different riding. i would go with elka but if you have the extra cash go with custom axis or ohlins

Darkone,
I have used Elka shocks on several different ATVs, Works shocks on two different ATVs, Ohlins shocks on three different ATVs, and Custom Axis on one ATV.
I would say Ohlins has the best valving for fast trail riding and cross country racing, especially where there are big whoops.
Elka shocks are consistently good, and have been unbreakable.
Works can be hit and miss. I had a set of Works shocks on a Raptor that were good, but a set of Works struts and a rear Ultracross shock on a Prairie 700 that I really think were worse than stock. They were off by a mile.
My Custom Axis rear shock on a DS 650 broke. The front shocks were fine.
