I have a 03 kodia[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]k that will not go into park . The shifter seems like it will not shift down into that position.Any help would be great ;I hope its just a simple adjustment.Thanks for info.

it is a ultramatic /atutomatic not a manual shift.

 

i would disconect the shift rod and try shifting it by hand on the case and on the shifter to see witch area the problem is in if you can shift it on the case then it may be the lock pin on the inside of shifter causing you trouble i removed mine for the same reason the pin is operated by a cable to the foot brake on my 02 if it is not that then you may have to split the engine case hope you are mechanical
