banshee rings

Default banshee rings

hi just looking for a good site to but banshee piston rings..
i bought some before and they broke after 8 or 9 hours runnig them anyone have any ides on good depenable set tthanks

Default banshee rings

What brand of pistons are you running? Did you check the gap on the rings before installing them?

For OEM/Yamaha pistons you have to use OEM rings or ProX OE rings. If you are running Wiseco pistons you have to use Wiseco rings.

yeh, like rruser said you need to get the same kind of rings as the piston itself, the tolerances are in the 1000th of inches

o btw, i have JE piston in my 450, and haven't had a problem, so maybe them too? i dunno
