Default Warrior exhaust bolt question

When I got my Warrior, the bolts that hold the exhaust to the head were gone and the header was held on with a hanger. When I got it, I put bolts in it and they vibrated out two times. So last night I stood it up on the grab bar to look at the holes, and noticed that one was rounded out(easy fix), and I noticed the other one just had a short hole, not even a half-inch deep. Would it hurt something important, such as piston, valves ect., if I drilled the hole a little deeper?(it's the higher one) thanks in advance.

I wouldn't drill any deeper. Maybe the threads in the head are stripped. You could possibly JB Weld the studs to the head cause you neeeevvvveeeeerrrr need to take the studs out. I think I told you a lie a while back about the Warrior not having an exhaust gasket. There actually is one that is about 3/8" thick. Mine had been in there so long it looked like part of the head.

Thanks raptor450, I'll try that, the gasket was lost when the studs came out.
