exhaust glowing

Default exhaust glowing

Have a 04 660 grizzly carb.had bad needlee valve for fuel flow replaced that put back together started right up but the exauhst pipe at motor gets red hot now. Not sure where to look i figure carb. is running very lean cant find any adjustments to riching it up any suggestions on where to go now. thank you

what is your jetting at right now? sounds like you are probably a little lean, but can't really help you out without knowing what you are jetted at right now, try going down on the main a little

its the jet they put in at the factory all that was done it wasnt getting gas and when i took apart needle valve was aluminum and no good replaced with stainless now carb. fills and runs great just cant figure why it would run lean now never touched main jet.

is the needle that you replaced it with an adjustable needle?

Check the float level.
