How to go faster on a warrior

Mine's way faster than I expected based on hearsay before I rode one. It's not much slower than my friend's Z400 from 0 - 55 which surprised me and him. 90mph for under 1000000 may be a bit much to ask though. You might be able to do it for under 1000 if you did not care about how long it took to get to 90 and only are going down hill. I think the cheapest way would literally be to sell it and buy a Raptor or Banshee and a real big front sprocket. That's what I would do anyway.

Gonna be really hard to go over 75-80 with our 350 motor's I hate to say it because I hate to hear it but if you want to go that fast ya might as well sell out and get a big bore and even then your still gonna have to drop some money to get into the high eighty's...I have a few mods and my motor is nice and tight and it will not reach over 64 it gets to 60 fast but its going to be hard for any of us with 350 fourstroke's to reach over 70..

The only way you can get a Warrior to go 90 mph is to strap a rocket to it. That would almost be true for any ATV. There are only a few ATVs with actual worked-over ATV engines (not Hayabusa engines, etc.) that will go 90mph, and most being Banshees. To be more realistic, you could easily get your Warrior to go 75-80 mph for about $2000. If you want to go that fast, buy another bike or forget it. To go a little faster, but not 90mph, a slip-on, JE 10.5:1 366 piston, a .430" Webcam, valve springs, K&N filter, 20" rear tires and a 14 tooth front sprocket will put you around 65-66mph. Trust me, Ive done it and seen the numbers at the dragstrip. You could get the 446 big bore and stroker kit from FST, port and polish, larger Kibblewhite valves, 15 tooth front sprocket and run around 70-72mph but then you will have close to $1,000,000 invested in it. After that add a 16 tooth front sprocket and you may gain another 5-6mph. Warriors were not made to go that fast. Even if you could go that fast the suspension would not handle it so you would have to spend another $1000 on better shocks, wider a-arms and a wider axle.

Four Stroke Techs old 500 stroker kit in a warrior did 90 but he don't sell that no more, and it costed then like $2000. Your using the wrong quad if your trying to achieve set goals. If your still content on going that fast try a Rptor 660 or 700 to start with.
