Warrior rear brake problems.
#1
My warrior was stolen about 7 months ago.. i recently heard where it was and was able to recover it.. however the people who had it took the rear end apart and i cant get it to go back together right. .. heres what i know about it.. its a rad warrior bearing carrier.. The bolds to hold the carrier to the swing arm were not there when i got it back.. so i ordered yamaha ones for it.. Top bolt fits. bottom bolt which is same diamiter as top will not git through hole in swing arm.. it wants loser to 3/8ths inch bolt im sure its saposed to be a metric of one type or another.. Then there is the problem that when we go to mount the brake caliper on the bracket.. its like 2 inches or more away from the rotor. Im trying to find a way to get some pics on here.. to show.. but i was wondering if anyone might have a pic they could post of close ups of the carrier and rear brake system. its like were missing a spacer or bracket or something..im not real sure whats going on..

The top bolt is bigger than the bottom bolt. You need to order the right bottom bolt. (The top bolt uses a 17mm wrench and the bottom bolt uses a 14mm wrench. And with an aftermarket carrier you do need spacers for the caliper. Congratulations on finding your stolen bike. You can go to ronnies mail order.com and go to the online microfiche, choose your bike and then choose the rear diagram and that will be a layout of all the parts and how they go together. It has helped me many times to figure out how something goes back together.
