I would sayt the crf is gonna win depending on both riders.

my friends yz250f was out running the yfz's no problem

 

I have about 2 grand in engine work on my 01 Raptor which kills any stock quad.... My KTM 525sx smokes my Raptor & my KTM 525sx is completely stock. Dirtbikes are so much quicker that quads... Two-strokes are the most power things by far!!! Just keeping it real....

That must have been a crf100 or a crf150 because crf125s dont exist

Back on topic- Some friends who have 250F mx bikes say the top speed is about the same as the a 450r and ltr450 but the acceleration on the 250f's kills the quads

Precisely. My 125cc motocrossers will spank my YFZ in everything except for sand or wet clay. They accelerate harder and the suspension is a lot better.
