xtreme & gang,

What is the web address for TC Racing? Phone # is ok, but I'd rather browse about myself.

what jets did he put in and did he do anything else to the carb like air screw or pilot jet. I live in Maine so the chances of my getting my Raptor to TC is slim to none.

Thanks in advance - glad to hear you like it>>

Raptorfast, I am not sure what jets he ended up going with he said it took 4 tries to get it perfect and as far as air screw and pilot I am not sure you can call him and he'll let you know Tom is a super nice guy. He said he would supply jets with exhaust for and extra $20 but I am sure he'll give you the info over the phone! Tell him Rich with Raptor told you to call. (814)723-3514

badraptor, No I didnt get the pipe for free, the reason it took so long is it was below 0 temp up there and he didnt want to tune the bike in with it being that cold out! As far as the head pipes I asked him about how all the other companies are saying that there to small and restrictive and he said that the head pipes are a great design. Its a money maker for companies and plus TC builds his own pipes and he said the raptor doesnt need differant head pipes he said he can build head pipes but its a waist of money for his customers.
As far as jetting he said it was hard to get the carbs perfect took him 4 tries so I am not sure what jets he ended up putting in, he told me he would supply jets to people for $20 with purchase of pipe but I'm sure he'd tell you the jetting if you called. Look at above post for #.
