Lucey, No I dont have any pictures of it unfortunatly I dont have a scanner or anything. The pipe It well built it actually is a supertrapp canister with a custom TC end piece and a custom built TC Pipe from the cannister to the head pipes it looks good and it is well mounted and out of the way from getting any damage from behind. The performance gain is a substantial amount more than I ever expected.

I will let everyone know how it compares to other pipes as I ride with other piped raptors hopefully dseater and I will be riding this weekend. So this will be the first true test because I want everyone to get the best exhaust even if it is another company.

its just another supertrap pipe? crap you can get enough parts from a summit or jegs magazine to build one for about $75. i cant believe he didnt give it to you for free, You got screwed. you made 2 months payments while waiting on it and hes making hundreds of dollars on a freaking rip off thats just a freaking supertrap can and bend of pipe about a foot long. Not to mention you had to pay for it too.

Xtreme, too bad there was so much snow! our raptors would have never made it everywhere. I'd like to see how our pipes compare too. hopefully next weekend we can all get together to ride. Anyone else interested in riding this coming saturday or sunday? (we'll be riding near uniontown pa/ about an hour south of pittsburgh or it's about 10 minutes north of Morgantown WV.

yamaraptor, First off I didnt get ripped off TC did a great job with the pipe and as I said before the performance gain is great. 2nd my raptor is payed for so I didnt make 2 payments and 3rd if you would of read my earliar post TC didnt tune in the carbs due to extremely cold weather. I am a firm believer that Tom is a perfectionist my raptor is jetted perfect and no flat or hessitation anywhere plus the pipe is out of the way from any damage so believe what you want but I am happy with the end result even though it did take a while but after talking to TC I did understand why. Any other company would of jetted the raptor regardless of the weather and once it got warm out you would of been in the carbs rejetting so you buy whatever pipe you want and I bet my $285 dollar pipe and carb set up will perduce at LEAST the same results prob better!

dseater, Ya this sat for sure unless we get another blizzard! I went riding local along with Mike big660r I think his name is here and a bunch of my other buddies. We had a blast and I was climbing some decent hills with all that snow on them I think those radials do a good job in the snow. You should have came up we had two people roll my buddy on a 400ex and another honda 4x4 rolled right into a stream along with his girl friend on the back it was funny! I will start working on everybody for sat but who knows with them I will definatly be there. Anyone else interested in riding let us know!

I am just saying it took a heck of long time to get a pipe that is basically an supertrap Isd that is adapted with a bend of pipe to the header pipe
The tuning is probably worth $285 but the fact that the design is unoriginal and that he just did a slip on and not a full pipe is what im talking About CT did the same thing, but atleast they built a head pipe , which takes some effort. for what you spent there is no doubt that you could do the exact same power with a WB E-series with the same result and have a better looking Exhaust.

I hope that there is alot of us this weekend! I took a long weekend off of work so I am ready to ride! I got your message but my wife accidentally deleted it before writing down your #. As for rims, just go with beadlocks. I love mine. I am running champion beadlocks. Try nacs for them.

Default TC Piped and Jetted Raptor! Unbelievable!

xtreme165, do you know if TC makes an exhaust for a Z400? They do have a website and it is tcracingengines.com. It says they have an application for a Suzuki on there but no info on it. Can you get his pipes with a spark arrestor? I know I don't ride a Yamaha but you seem to be the only person with info on these pipes.
