I got my 2'' lift installed but was suprised to learn that I lost 10 mph off my top speed, no big deal to me bcuz im a mudder and not a trail rider. i was really suprised in the difference in the stance, it looks every bit of 2'' taller. but just some fyi for anyone interested in one.

 

10 MPH lost just from a lift? Sounds like something is binding up. No way 2" of lift is worth that. Going from 23" to 26" tires would give you similar ground clearance and wouldn't shave 10mph off your top speed.

 

Did you have the 27" tires on before you installed the lift? If not then that is why you lost 10 mph on the top end.
