I wouldn't recommend it, but I have taken a torch and heated an axle up to straighten it back out. This takes the strength out of it. But I rode my Warrior for a year with the straightened axle with no problems.

That sucks about your funds. My wife talks junk to me about how much money I spend on mine, but I justify it by telling her it is my only stress reliever, and I don't spend money on anything else but her and our house. Our 1st date was on a 4-wheeler night ride so if she don't like them she shouldn't have married me!

yea, I agree with that one, but I traded a old ford F250 for a 2003 Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4 on friday, and she thinks I have 2 many, and she only has one, and I ride it too, just a thing women don't understand, I just got one off ebay with a swingarm all the way back, so hopefully I can have it back in time to go riding on the 16, or I'll be rididng the eiger, blahhhhh

Raptor450- got a question, is there any reason that would be holding the orgional axel in the carrier? I can't seem to get it to budge, nor can i get the axel seals out, any advice?

RUST! is what holds it in DO NOT beat on the end of the axle! Well I guess you could beat on the old one. But I have always taken a large (like a 1-1/8" I think) deepwell socket, preferably a heavy duty one that is made for an impact and slide it over the splines until it butts up against the axle where the hub would rest. Then get at least a 5 lb. mall and beat the crap out of it!! You may need to get a friend to hold the bike still, just don't hit him with the hammer!
