Default warrior suspension

I am wanting to upgrade my 2000 warrior's shocks but I am on a budget. I have heard that Banshee shocks will fit but I haven't heard if a 660 raptor or a 450's shocks will fit. I have found several sets on e-bay but I don't want to buy if they won't fit. Also will rear shocks off other bikes fit. Thanks for any info!!

do not get banshee shocks because you wont be upgrading and i have seen warriors with 660 shocks but dont no if they just fit right in or not.

660 front shocks are too long. 2001 660 rear shock will fit but is still a little long and will raise your ride height. Banshee front shocks are a better fit in both front and rear (rear will require modifying the airbox a bit for the piggyback reservoir to clear it). Banshee shocks do improve the suspension though, in opposition to what 100 says. Mainly they are progressive rate springs and have a smoother ride, as well as the rear having a compression adjustment.
